The Small Business Legal Clinic provides free legal services to low-income entrepreneurs in Western New York. Our services include business formation, contracts, commercial leases, licensing/permits/zoning, buying/selling/closing a business, corporate governance and compliance, tax considerations, and M/WBE certification. We work with small business owners and entrepreneurs at any stage of their business lifespan.
