373-1.6 Need standards and payment levels.
(a) In determining need for RCA, a social services district must apply
the need standards for Family Assistance (FA) established under Part 352 of this Title.
(b) In determining the amount of the RCA grant to be provided, a social
services district must apply the payment level which would be appropriate for an eligible
filing unit of the same size under the FA program.
(c) The payment of RCA must begin on the same date, in relation to the
date of application, as assistance under the FA program would begin as provided by section
351.8 of this Title.
