Section 360-6.1 Introduction. This Subpart contains:
(a) The steps to be taken by the social services district after finding
an applicant eligible for MA;
(b) a description of the MA identification card to be used in obtaining
MA care and services;
(c) the right of a recipient to choose a qualified provider of care and
services;
(d) a description of where care and services may be provided; and
(e) restrictions of recipient utilization of care and services.
