351.23 Notification of change in grant.
(a) The recipient must be notified of any change in grant in accordance
with this Title.
(b) The recipient must be notified of the right to a fair hearing in
accordance with Part 358 of this Title whenever there is a proposed reduction in, or
discontinuance of, or increase in, the grant.
