388.1 Except as provided in this Part, the provisions of Part 387 of this Title apply to the food assistance program. The provisions of Part 359 of this Title relating to food stamps or the food stamp program apply to the food assistance program. Any other provision of this Title relating to food stamps or the food stamp program is also applicable to the food assistance program.
