Section 366.0 Scope.
This Part governs the Child Assistance Program (CAP). CAP is a district
optional component of the Family Assistance (FA) program. CAP is designed to motivate FA
recipients to take steps towards financial self-sufficiency. To the extent permitted by
State law, eligibility for a district to participate in CAP is subject to the approval of
the Department.
