Section 360-7.1 Introduction. This Subpart specifies:
(a) when MA will pay for covered medical care and services;
(b) who may receive MA payment for providing covered medical care and
services;
(c) that recipients must cooperate in obtaining payments from third
parties; and
(d) that MA may pay for certain insurance premiums, coinsurance and
deductibles, and for reserved beds in medical institutions.
